Proof that the Nintendo NX will use cartridges?

There's a rumor going around the web that the Nintendo NX will use cartridges instead of discs and this has lead to people being split on the decision of whether cartridges is a good idea or not. Well User "Atheerios", on this NeoGaf thread, has found some pretty interesting documents.

His discovery is that When Nintendo trademarks a Wii U game they only put in "video game discs" as the format that it is playable in. Same thing goes for 3DS but with "video game cartridges" instead of discs. Now under the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild page, which is releasing on both Wii U & NX,Nintendo has put both discs and cartridges!

Now this could mean many things:

1; Nintendo NX does in fact use cartridges instead of discs

2: Nintendo NX will have a mobile counterpart that uses cartridges

3: Nintendo NX is both a console and a handheld that uses cartridges

4: Nintendo NX does not use cartridges and was a simple mistake in the document

Of course nothing is confirmed until Nintendo confirms it themselves so don't take this rumor as fact. With that in mind what do you think? Should the NX use cartridges? Should it stick to discs like the other consoles?
