NX rumors: Region free, dev kits, social features & more

We still don't know what exactly the Nintendo NX is but that hasn't stopped people from posting and leaking information. The latest batch comes from known Nintendo informer/leaker Emily Rogers.

Even tho the following information is from her,she says that not all of it can show up in the final product. Here is the info she has shared:

-Nvidia is involved with the NX

-the screen on the controller will be around 6 inches

-the portable screen has a resolution of 720p

-the screen is multi-touch although she's not sure if a stylus is included

-the dev kits will have 32GB of flash storage but could increase to 64GB in the final product

-the dev kits themselves are region free, which might be in the retail version

-the NX has a SD card port

-the doc station has 2 USB ports but might not carry on the final product

-the NX will support unreal engine 4 & Unity engine

-The NX is below the Xbox 1 & PS4 in raw power

- even tho the NX is rumored to be a handheld/console hybrid,Nintendo still plans to support the 3DS until 2018

She continues to share more information on the controller and it's new "share' button. her sources call it a Share button but other sources call it a Social button. she gives a detailed look on how the controller looks:

She also compared her information with Laura from "LetsPlayVideoGames" on the controller and she has mentioned how they both have the same info except for one thing: the layout of the right analog stick. Emily says it's above the face buttons while Laura says it's below.

Of course all this is very exciting but you have to remember that all of this is pure speculation and rumor and nothing is confirmed until Nintendo confirms it!
