Did Junichi Masuda confirm the leak of final evolution of the starters?

A fan was lucky enough to have their drawing signed by Junichi Masuda,what was the drawing? Well the drawing was of the "leaked" art for the final stages of the starters. According to their story,they showed the drawing to Junichi Masuda where he simply smiled and laughed at it and even signed it!

Either Junichi Masuda was a good sport and decided to sign it anyways or he simply thought it was good fan art and made him chuckle. It also makes you think that his good intentions toward the drawing somewhat confirms it,but we'll find out soon enough!
