3DS sales have surpassed PS2 sales in Japan
The PlayStation 2 is one of the best selling consoles of all time and in Japan the 3DS just passed it in sales.
According to Media Crate the 3DS now stands at 21,913,661 sold in Japan while the PS2 sits at 21,833,216.
This puts the 3DS in third place in sales right behind the GameBoy and Nintendo DS.
